How much is the initial service?
Initial general pest service starts at $149, including covered mouse service with exterior monitoring and baiting, plus interior traps as needed. With new winter plan enrollment, save $50: initial service starts at $99 after discount, with ongoing protection starting at $40/month. Final pricing depends on your home and pest activity; we confirm the scope and full quote before service. Rats, voles, and other specialty services are quoted separately.
Can I cancel my ongoing plan?
Yes. Cancel anytime. If you receive the $50 winter enrollment discount and cancel before completing 12 months of ongoing service, repay only that $50 discount. We do not charge for unused future months. You can also pay the full quoted initial price and choose ongoing protection without a discount-repayment condition.
What if pests come back?
Covered return visits are included at no extra charge while your protection plan is active. Contact us about what you’re seeing so we can review the next step. Specialty services have separate coverage and terms.
Does monthly billing mean monthly visits?
No. Plans start at $40 per month for ongoing protection. Monthly billing does not mean monthly treatment visits. We’ll review your service schedule and agreement before you enroll.
