These terms describe the customer-service text messaging program offered by Impact Pest Management LLC, doing business as Impact Pest Management.
Messages you choose to receive
When you expressly opt in, we may text the number you provide about appointment requests and reminders, scheduling changes, pest-control service updates, customer support, and your service account. Message frequency varies with your appointments and conversations with us. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choice
Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in text messaging. On our request form, select Yes only if you want these messages. You may select No and still request a quote or purchase services. This customer-service opt-in does not authorize promotional or marketing texts.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to opt out. You may also tell us that you want to stop text messages by calling 801-262-5746. An opt-out confirmation may be sent; it will not contain marketing. Reply HELP for assistance, or call the same number. Opting out of texts does not by itself cancel an appointment or service agreement; contact us to make those changes.
Privacy and delivery
Read our Privacy Policy for information about the data we collect, how we use it, and our restrictions on sharing mobile information and SMS consent. Text delivery depends on your carrier and network. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
