Cancel anytime. If you receive the $50 winter enrollment discount and cancel before completing 12 months of ongoing service, repay only that $50 discount. We do not charge for unused future months. You can also pay the full quoted initial price and choose ongoing protection without a discount-repayment condition.
The winter discount applies to new residential ongoing plans, not one-time service. Rats, voles, other specialty treatments, larger exclusion projects, structural repairs, and complete garage-door seals or sweeps are quoted separately.
